Transfer list for purposes of this Agreement the transfer list shall mean the list of qualified employees who have requested in writing a lateral transfer through Human Resources.

14.1 Requests for Transfer, Promotion, Reassignment, or Voluntary Demotion: Requests for transfer, promotion, reassignment or voluntary demotion may be made when there is an open recruitment and after the unit member has satisfied the probationary period of the current position.
