Product Update definition

Product Update means updates to the Product which may consist of a new chart, a new edition of a chart, or an electronic file, in CHS's sole discretion, as set out in clause 5.0 of this Agreement.

Product Update. The Awarded Suppliers may update the contract price lists at the end of each six (6) month period, during the contract period to reflect new products, manufacturer’s price changes, and deletion of discontinued products. The first update is allowed after the contract has been in effect for 6 months. Suppliers shall submit a letter to the appropriate Commodity Specialist requesting review and approval of the updated price list. The Supplier shall itemize all changes in a clear and concise fashion. It is the responsibility of the contractor to adequately justify changes. All requests for updates must be accompanied by the manufacturer’s latest, official, published price list along with a letter of verification from the manufacturer. Suppliers will be notified in writing by the buyer indicating approval or disapproval of the requested update. If approved, a contract change notice will be issued putting the updated price list on contract it will then be the responsibility of the contractor to distribute the price list to the users. At no time are awarded suppliers allowed to unilaterally change products or pricing. Orders will be monitored to ensure compliance.

Product Update means any subsequent editions of the Product.

• In any event, MSP Reseller will use commercially reasonable efforts to cease from using the prior version of the Product and to use only the most recent Product Update in Product or Services within forty-five (45) days after any such Product Update(s) is available from Trend Micro's website.

• Revision requests must be submitted to the Contract Manager on the Product Update Form in Section 7.7.

More Definitions of Product Update

Product Update means the product update to Class Vehicles provided by Honda Canada prior to the issuance of the Litigation, and as continued to be provided to Class Vehicles under sections 4.5 to 4.7 of this Agreement.

Product Update means a change or batch improvements of the Software or Documentation which involves a change in the version number of example 5.01 to 5.02 of the module in question but no change in the release number, for example

Product Update means any update, service packs patch and/or new release that PSC furnishes generally to its technical support customers in accordance with PSC’s then-current maintenance and support policies and fee requirements. A Product Update replaces part or all of a Product or Product Update previously licensed to Licensee and shall terminate such previously licensed Product or Product Update to the extent replaced by the Product Update. Product Updates shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the license agreement accompanying the Product Update or, if not available, the current version of this Agreement in which event the foregoing definition of “Product Update” shall be deemed to be included within the definition of “Products”, above. Product Update means a change or new release of the Software or WorkWise Documentation designed to correct Software Problem(s).
