During the term of this Contract, the USDA may issue regulations, instructions, policies and/or directives, which may be incorporated into the current System Agency WIC Program Policy and Procedures Manual and program rules.
The administration of the Grant and any federal, state, or local resources awarded to Grantee shall be subject to audits and/or monitoring by Triumph, the Chief Financial Officer of the State of Florida, the Auditor General of the State of Florida, the Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, and other state agencies, and by the federal government and agencies and representatives thereof.
Grantee will screen all individuals considered for the PHC program to determine eligibility using a System Agency- approved screening process in accordance with the Program Policy Manual, as amended.
Grantee will provide services meeting the service parameters described in accordance with the Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual.
The provisions of the Program Policy Manual may be further modified and revised- within their existing title- during the term of the Contract.
