Prohibited Customer definition

Prohibited Customer means a person or entity: i) whose name appears on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC; or ii) who resides in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction or in a Sanctioned Regime.
Prohibited Customer means a person or entity who is subject to any sanctions or a person to whom we are legally prohibited from providing our services "Registration Data" has the meaning given to it under paragraph 8.8
Prohibited Customer means an individual or entity with whom OANDA is prohibited or restricted from transacting or otherwise dealing under any Sanction, whether by reason of designation under such Sanction or otherwise.
