Prohibited Information definition

Prohibited Information means any information whether offered in written, verbal or other form that such Party is not authorised to have and use in connection with the Contract, including, but not limited to, any information in a competitor’s confidential proposal, bid terms or contract and pricing terms.
Prohibited Information means credit or debit card numbers, passwords, protected health information as defined in HIPAA (45 C.F.R. § 160.103), and information relating to a customer or consumer of a financial institution under GLBA (15 U.S.C. §§ 6801–6809).
Prohibited Information shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Borrower Registration Agreements.

Prohibited Information means information of a natural person that is not related to receipt of services, application for credit, or that affects the feelings of, or may cause damage to, or that clearly affects the rights and liberties of, the information subject, as follows:
