Project and Improvements definition

Project and Improvements means Eligible Property meeting the definition for improvements provided by Chapter 1 of the Texas Tax Code and includes, but is not limited to, electric power generation, transmission equipment, and any building, structure, or fixture erected on or affixed to the land. Energy storage is not a component of the Project and Improvements. Attachment G attached to this Agreement includes a list of equipment that is expected to be included in the Project and Improvements.
Project and Improvements means Eligible Property meeting the definition for improvements provided by Chapter 1 of the Texas Tax Code and includes, without limitation, any building, structure, or fixture erected on or affixed to the land. The Project and Improvements specifically include Owner’s fixed machinery, equipment and process units that may consist of solar panels, substations and switching stations, underground and overhead electrical distribution and transmission facilities, transformers, appurtenant electric equipment, communication cable, and data collection facilities to be installed, added, upgraded, or used on the Site by or for Owner and located in the College. The proposed Project and Improvements are described in Attachment C to this Agreement, which is fully incorporated herein as part of this Agreement.
Project and Improvements also shall include any other property on the Site meeting the definition ofEligible Property” that is used to produce solar electrical power and perform other functions related to the production, distribution and transmission of electric power, and specifically including the battery storage equipment. The College agrees, without limitation, that the solar panels, transmission lines, substations, and other related materials and equipment affixed to the land will constitute the Project and Improvements under this Agreement.

Examples of Project and Improvements in a sentence

  • All such inspections shall be made only after giving Owner twenty-four (24) hours’ notice and shall be conducted in such a manner as to avoid any unreasonable interference with the construction and/or operation of the Project and Improvements.

  • Prior to any Loan Disbursement, the Inspector may enter the Real Property at any reasonable time to inspect the Project and Improvements which have been satisfactorily completed.

  • This Agreement is not to be construed as evidence that no such exemptions shall apply to the Project and Improvements.

  • Prior to construction, City will provide JPB with applications for encroachment permits and other permits necessary for the Project and Improvements.

  • Costs associated with the issuance of a County driveway permit, which shall be required in the event the Project and Improvements are accessed directly by a County Road, shall be paid by Owner within thirty days of receipt of billing.

  • The Change Notice shall specify the proposed change to the Plans and Specifications, the amount of any cost increases or cost decreases in connection with such proposed change and other relevant information to permit Owner to evaluate the proposed amendment, modification or change order and the actual or potential effect upon the Project and Improvements.

More Definitions of Project and Improvements

Project and Improvements mean the site development of an approximately 8.0 acre tract of land out of the X. Xxxxx Survey, Abstract No. 726, Xxxxxx County, Texas (“PROJECT”) and the construction and finish-out of approximately 72,000 SF for a new commercial building (“IMPROVEMENTS”) by the Company described in “Exhibit A” and “Exhibit B”, attached and incorporated as part of this Agreement.

Related to Project and Improvements

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Project Common Areas as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such in the Site Plan. The Project Common Areas shall consist of all parking facilities, entrances and exits, driveways, exterior walkways, first-class landscaped and hardscaped areas which are generally consistent with the quality of landscaped and hardscaped areas of Comparable Buildings in existence as of the date of this Lease, open space areas and plazas on the real property comprising the Project. The term "BUILDING COMMON AREAS," as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within any building in the Project not entirely leased by Tenant, which Building Common Areas shall be reasonably designated as such by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to (i) Landlord's approval, which approval (as indicated in Section 29.4 below) shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, (ii) the CC&R's, and (iii) all terms of this Lease regarding Hazardous Materials, Tenant may install or locate such items as benches, patio tables, bike racks, above-ground generators, security cameras and the like (collectively, "MISCELLANEOUS COMMON AREA ITEMS") at Tenant's sole cost in the Common Areas or on the exterior of the Building, as applicable, provided that Tenant removes such items upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and repairs any damage to the Common Areas or the exterior of the Building (as applicable) resulting from such removal. If Tenant fails to remove any Miscellaneous Common Area Item or to repair any damage resulting from such removal upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord may do so and may charge Landlord's actual cost thereof to Tenant. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be in accordance with a standard which is not less than that customarily followed in the operation and maintenance of first class mid-rise office buildings located within the University Towne Center (i.e., the area from two (2) blocks to the North of La Jolla Village Drive to two (2) blocks to the South of La Jolla Village Drive between the I-5 and I-805 freeways), Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas, provided that Landlord shall manage, maintain and operate the same in a manner consistent with that of Comparable Buildings, and the use thereof shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord reasonably may make from time to time. As used herein, "COMPARABLE BUILDINGS" shall mean the first class mid-rise office buildings (now existing or subsequently constructed) within the projects located within the University Towne Center, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas and having substantially similar characteristics to the Building pertaining to size, age, accessibility, design, quality, amenities and tenancies. Landlord reserves the right to make alterations or additions to, or to change the location of, elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that if any such changes might affect Tenant's use of the Premises (in other than an immaterial manner), Landlord obtains Tenant's prior written approval of any such alterations, additions and changes and such alterations, additions and changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises. Except when and where Tenant's right of access is specifically excluded in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of access to the Building and the parking facilities twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during the Lease Term.   • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.
