Project Commercial Operation Date definition

Project Commercial Operation Date means the date on which Seller (a) notifies Buyer in writing that Project Commercial Operation has occurred (in accordance with the Project size requirements of Section 5.4 (as adjusted pursuant to Section 5.4(c)), and (b) provides a certification of a Licensed Professional Engineer, substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix 2, certifying satisfactory completion of Project Commercial Operation.
Project Commercial Operation Date or “project COD” means, with respect to a qualified offshore wind project, the date on which the project satisfies the requirements for demonstrating commercial operation required by its Interconnection Service Agreement, as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Project Commercial Operation Date has the meaning given in the Capacity Sales Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Commercial Operation Date

Project Commercial Operation Date means the last date on which all Units of the Project have been Commissioned in accordance with the terms of this PPA.
Project Commercial Operation Date means the date on which PPAC (a) notifies OFFTAKER in writing that Project Commercial Operation has occurred and (b) provides a certification of commission, certifying satisfactory completion of Project Commercial Operation.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Date of Commercial Operation means the date on which the (nuclear or non-nuclear) power plant has successfully passed all performance and operational tests required by the end customer for commercial operation.
