Project Implementation Units definition

Project Implementation Units or “PIUs” means the Project implementation units of the Municipal Sub-borrowers referred to in Schedule 2, Section I.A.3(a), of this Agreement, and any legal successors thereto; “Project Implementation Unit” or “PIU” means such a unit of an individual Municipal Sub-borrower.
Project Implementation Units means, collectively, the Ministry of Finance Project Implementation Unit and the National Development Planning Agency Project Implementation Unit.
Project Implementation Units or “PIUs” means PIU 1 and PIU 2, jointly, the project implementation units referred to in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Implementation Units

Project Implementation Units means the Recipient’s units to be established in accordance with Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Units or “PIUs” means collectively all such units, as may be relevant under the Project.
Project Implementation Units or “PIUs” means (i) the unit in RHD responsible for implementing the parts of the Project described in Paragraphs 2(A) and 2(B) of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement; and (ii) the unit in BLPA responsible for implementing the part of the Project described in Paragraph 2(C) of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement;
Project Implementation Units means collectively the PIU-PLRA and PIU-PDMA, each referred to Section I.A.1(c) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

Related to Project Implementation Units

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section I.1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Implementing Entity means a legal entity (other than the Recipient or the Guarantor): (a) that is responsible for implementing all or a part of the Project; and (b) which is a party to the Project Agreement. If the Bank enters into a Project Agreement with more than one such entity, “Project Implementing Entity” refers separately to each such entity.

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
