Project Licensee definition

Project Licensee means the Licensee of the property development project who have been selected by CMRL/LICENSOR for execution of property development project for a given License period in terms of this Agreement.
Project Licensee means any entity issued a licensed, contract, or permit by MSD for operations that pertain to the CIRP. Project Licensee shall not include entities that are performing CIRP work funded by MSD where the CIRP work is incidental to the intent, size, and scope of other work being performed by that entity and the MSD funded work is being performed to provide coordination with the entities project.

Examples of Project Licensee in a sentence

  • In the event that archeological materials or human remains are found by Licensee or any party acting on behalf of Licensee during any ground-disturbing activities at or near the Property or the Project, Licensee shall stop such activity immediately and notify FirstLight of such findings.

  • Upon completion of the Project, Licensee shall return to Intermap the Products and confirm in writing that the Project has been completed, and that Licensee has destroyed all copies of the Products in its possession or under its control.

  • Upon completion of each phase of the Project, Licensee shall ensure that the applicable portions of the Licensed Areas are in the same condition as received (subject to the Improvements), free from hazards and clear of all debris, and shall remove or cause Licensee’s contractors to remove all of contractors' property from such portions of the Licensed Areas.

  • As part of the Trial Project, Licensee may be able to use the SINGLESTORE Software to upload or store information or data of Licensee.

  • In the event that Licensee provides a screen credit for any musical work(s) included in the Project, Licensee shall provide a screen credit for use of the Recording as well.

  • To the extent necessary for the completion of the Project, Licensee shall enclose the construction area in a manner acceptable to the Port to prevent, among other things, debris from entering onto any adjoining property.

  • To maximize the accuracy and therefore benefits of the Mobilize Project, Licensee should prepare the following prior to the activity commencing: • The sponsors and process owners should be identified.

  • While living at the Project, Licensee agrees to abide by the (“Community Standards”), which are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated as part of this Agreement by this reference, and which may be amended by the Licensor during the term of this Agreement.

  • Further, since nothing in this License shall permit Licensee to photograph any artwork at the Project, Licensee shall hereby be responsible for artists’ clearances for any such photography, providing proof of such clearances to Agent.

  • As a condition of residing in the Project, Licensee agrees to act with proper regard and mutual respect for other Licensees, guests, University staff, and Licensor.

Related to Project Licensee

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Trademark Licensee means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or similar legal entity (and not a person) that has a written trademark license agreement with Registry Operator or its Affiliate, for use of the registered trademark owned by Registry Operator or its Affiliate, the textual elements of which correspond exactly to the .Brand TLD string operated by Registry Operator, where:

  • Patent License means all agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by the Company of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by a Patent, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule B hereto.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • FLEGT-licensed means production and process methods, also referred to as timber production standards, and in the context of social criteria, contract performance conditions (only), as defined by a bilateral Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) between the European Union and a timber- producing country under the FLEGT scheme, where both Parties have agreed to establish a system under which timber that has been produced in accordance with the relevant laws of the producing country, and other criteria stipulated by the VPA, are licensed for export by the producing country government. This may also include any timber that has been independently verified as meeting all the producing country's requirements for a FLEGT licence, where a VPA has been signed but the FLEGT licensing system is not fully operational. Evidence from a country that has not signed up to a VPA which demonstrates that all of the requirements equivalent to FLEGT-licensed timber have been met will also be acceptable. CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Patent Licenses means all agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered in whole or in part by a Patent, including any of the foregoing referred to in Schedule 5.

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.

  • Trademark License means any written agreement, now or hereafter in effect, granting to any third party any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any Grantor or that any Grantor otherwise has the right to license, or granting to any Grantor any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any third party, and all rights of any Grantor under any such agreement.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
