Project Licensee definition

Project Licensee means the Licensee of the property development project who have been selected by CMRL/LICENSOR for execution of property development project for a given License period in terms of this Agreement.
Project Licensee means any entity issued a licensed, contract, or permit by MSD for operations that pertain to the CIRP. Project Licensee shall not include entities that are performing CIRP work funded by MSD where the CIRP work is incidental to the intent, size, and scope of other work being performed by that entity and the MSD funded work is being performed to provide coordination with the entities project.
Project Licensee means any entity issued a license, contract, or permit by Coalition for operations that pertain to the Project. Project Licensee shall not include entities that are performing Project work funded by Coalition where the Project work is incidental to the intent, size, and scope of other work being performed by that entity and the Coalition funded work is being performed to provide coordination with the entities project.

Examples of Project Licensee in a sentence

  • In the event that archeological materials or human remains are found by Licensee or any party acting on behalf of Licensee during any ground-disturbing activities at or near the Property or the Project, Licensee shall stop such activity immediately and notify FirstLight of such findings.

  • Upon completion of the Project, Licensee will restore the City Property as near as practicable to its condition immediately prior to the commencement of the Project.

  • Upon completion of construction of the Project, Licensee shall submit to Licensor: (i) an architect’s certification that the Plans comply with all applicable legal requirements and that the Project has been constructed and completed in accordance with the Plans approved by Licensor; and (ii) a copy of the temporary or, if available, permanent certificate of occupancy for the Project.

  • To initiate Licensor’s review of work to be performed in connection with a New Project or Existing Project, Licensee shall submit to Licensor a memorandum describing the overall scope of the Project along with a detailed description of the new construction, renovation or refurbishment work for which Licensee is seeking approval from Licensor (the “Project Approval Request”).

  • If Licensor determines that Licensor is required to comply with such regulatory requirements in connection with any Existing Project or proposed New Project, Licensee will fully cooperate with Licensor with respect to Licensor’s compliance requirements, and Licensor will not charge Licensee any amounts for costs incurred by Licensor in connection with Licensor’s compliance requirements.

  • In accordance with the approved schedule for the Project, Licensee shall provide to Licensor: (i) general concepts for food and beverage facilities, including without limitation point of sale systems; (ii) the locations of security devices, and their specifications, installation details, power and space requirements; and (iii) the locations and types of Telecommunication Systems.

  • As for the LICENSED INTEGRATED CIRCUITS for the Project, Licensee shall visibly xxxx each LICENSED INTEGRATED CIRCUIT with said MoSys copyright notation, providing it is reasonable and practical to do so but in any event at least to the same extent that Licensee so marks its own copyright notations.

  • Prior to any termination of this Agreement due to a material adverse change to the development of the Project, Licensee and Mascoma will negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions for an alternate project plan for an alternative site located in North America based on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (but without obligation on either Party to enter into an agreement), as reasonably adjusted based on the characteristics of such alternative plan.

  • In particular, Licensee takes responsibility for the following tasks:• At the beginning of the Project, Licensee must name a qualified and available liaison (Project Manager) for the entire period of the Project.• Licensee must provide a remote connection to SAP from all systems involved in preparation for and conduct of the conversion.

  • At the end of the Project, Licensee shall submit to the Trustees a complete listing of all subcontractors, suppliers and other businesses that performed Work on the Project.

Related to Project Licensee

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Trademark Licensee means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or similar legal entity (and not a person) that has a written trademark license agreement with Registry Operator or its Affiliate, for use of the registered trademark owned by Registry Operator or its Affiliate, the textual elements of which correspond exactly to the .Brand TLD string operated by Registry Operator, where: (i) such license is valid under applicable law; (ii) such license is for the use of such trademark in the regular course of that entity’s business outside of the provision of TLD Registry Services, and is not primarily for the purpose of enabling registration or use of domain names in the TLD; (iii) such trademark is used continuously in that entity’s business throughout the Term; and (iv) the domain names in the TLD registered to the Trademark Licensee are required to be used for the promotion, support, distribution, sales or other services reasonably related to any of the goods and/or services identified in the trademark registration.

  • Patent License means any written agreement granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence or a Patent application is pending, in which agreement Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • FLEGT-licensed means production and process methods, also referred to as timber production standards, and in the context of social criteria, contract performance conditions (only), as defined by a bilateral Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) between the European Union and a timber- producing country under the FLEGT scheme, where both Parties have agreed to establish a system under which timber that has been produced in accordance with the relevant laws of the producing country, and other criteria stipulated by the VPA, are licensed for export by the producing country government. This may also include any timber that has been independently verified as meeting all the producing country's requirements for a FLEGT licence, where a VPA has been signed but the FLEGT licensing system is not fully operational. Evidence from a country that has not signed up to a VPA which demonstrates that all of the requirements equivalent to FLEGT-licensed timber have been met will also be acceptable. CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Patent Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by any Patent (including, without limitation, all Patent Licenses set forth in Schedule II hereto).

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the intellectual property license agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B to the Contribution and Distribution Agreement.

  • Trademark License means any agreement, written or oral, providing for the grant by the Company of any right to use any Trademark, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule B hereto.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, and Non-Patent Rights Controlled by Licensor or its Affiliates embodied in Licensor Know-How or Licensor Materials.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
