Project Plant definition

Project Plant means Visakhapatnam Steel Project/Plant and its Mines and Quarries.
Project Plant means a generating station including the evacuation system upto inter-connection point, and in case of a small hydro generating station includes all components of generating facility such as dam, intake water conductor system, power generating station and generating units of the scheme, as the case may be, as apportioned to power generation;
Project Plant means Your plant at which the Agreed Supply is to be used by You. Related Corporation has the meaning given to it by section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Representative means an employee, agent, officer, director, advisor, consultant, contractor or subcontractor of that party. Technical and Commercial Information means designs, plans, specifications, flowsheets, operating instructions, computer software, know-how and other information of a technical or commercial nature (including Intellectual Property) relating to the Agreed Supply. Project Plant means the main industrial and/or commercial plant, which is used for the main industrial and/or commercial activities of the Industrial and Commercial Project, and which uses electricity produced by a hydropower plant and by the Licensee under the Licence. If there are several of such main industrial and/or commercial plants, then "Project Plant" means all such plants.

Related to Project Plant

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
