Project Work Order definition

Project Work Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Project Work Order means the document which awards a project to a Pool member, which includes the statement of work or services, deliverables, start and completion dates, compensation, and other specific terms.
Project Work Order has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(B) of the Agreement. Proposal means a proposal submitted by HPES that lists new products available to HPI as a part of a new Work Order or an Attachment to this Agreement.

  • The execution of a Project Work Order shall automatically extend the Contract, if necessary.

More Definitions of Project Work Order

Project Work Order and or “Work Order” shall mean the document identified in Exhibit 1, which shall detail the service and or product being requested by ICN.
