In consideration of Airline’s participation and compliance with the Program, City shall waive Airport landing fees (determined in accordance with Airport rates and charges) for the New Air Service flights landing at the Airport during the Promotional Period in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Program.
An airline that commences qualifying New Air Service but fails to maintain that service for the full agreed- upon Promotional Period will be required to pay any waived Landing Fees extended under the Domestic ACIP within 30 days.
In the event City determines that Airline or one of its New Air Service routes has for any reason become ineligible for the Program prior to the completion of the Promotional Period for such New Air Service, City shall notify Airline in writing and provide Airline with an opportunity to cure the stated grounds for ineligibility within a specified time, not more than 30 days from the date of the letter.
During the Promotional Period, the air carrier will be entitled to a one hundred percent (100%) waiver of Landing Fees associated with arriving aircraft serving the new destination airport(s).
The Promotional Period will apply to qualifying flights for twenty-four (24) consecutive months immediately following the start of the New Air Service.
