Patio Area definition

Patio Area means the area extending from the rear of the each Townhome to the back Lot line.
Patio Area means those Common Areas constructed or to be constructed by the Landlord on the Property shown outlined in dashed lines and marked “Patio Space” on the plan attached hereto as Schedule D, as may be altered, reduced, or expanded from time to time;
Patio Area means the poured concrete area extending from the rear of the residence constructed on a Townhome Lot as part of the original construction of each such Improved Townhome Lot.

Examples of Patio Area in a sentence

  • Tenant, at its cost, shall comply with all relevant Requirements with respect to the Patio Area, and obtain all necessary permits or licenses for the same.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord will not be required to maintain or repair the Patio Area.

  • Prior to placing any chair, table or other item in the Patio Area, Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written approval of a fully-dimensioned plan specifying the exact number and location of the proposed tables, chairs and other items.

  • If Tenant does not maintain the Patio Area in a sightly, clean, sanitary, secure and first class condition, Landlord shall have the sole and absolute right to revoke Tenant’s ability to occupy and use the Patio Area unless the situation is remedied within five (5) days after written notice to Tenant specifying the condition Tenant needs to correct.

  • Tenant shall, at its own cost and expense and in accordance with Landlord’s specifications (including, but not limited to, the Tenant Design Guidelines (as hereinafter defined)), provide all tables, chairs, area dividers, trash receptacles, and other approved items for use in the Patio Area.

More Definitions of Patio Area

Patio Area on Exhibit "A" for outdoor seating in connection with Tenant's food and beverage service, provided Tenant shall pay all costs related to the use and clean-up thereof. The number, height, color, size, design, material and placement of any tables, chairs and other furniture and food service equipment installed by Tenant in the Patio Area shall be subject to Landlord's reasonable approval and to all applicable legal requirements. Tenant agrees that the use of the outdoor seating area, or noise therefrom, shall not unreasonably interfere with other tenants in the Shopping Center, and Tenant may forfeit its right to use the Patio Area in the event such interference occurs and is not cured by Tenant within thirty (30) days following its receipt of written notice thereof. The rights of Tenant described in this paragraph are further subject to the following conditions: (a) for purposes of (i) Tenant's indemnity of Landlord, pursuant to Section 9.4(a) of this Lease, (ii) Tenant's obligation to insure, pursuant to Section 9.2 of this Lease, and (iii) Tenant's obligation to maintain the Leased Premises, pursuant to Section 7.2 of this Lease, the Patio Area shall be deemed included as a part of the Leased Premises, and (b) for purposes of (i) Landlord's indemnity of Tenant, pursuant to Section 9.4(b) of this Lease, and (ii) Landlord's obligation to maintain the Common Areas, pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Lease, the Patio Area shall be deemed to be excluded from the Common Areas.
Patio Area means that portion of a roadside or sidewalk that is designated by a licence for patio use;
Patio Area means the outdoor patio and gathering area as depicted on Exhibit D.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
