Prudential Notes definition

Prudential Notes means the 11.99% Series B Guaranteed Senior Notes due January 13, 2002 in the aggregate principal amount of $60 million, issued by MacSaver pursuant to the Prudential Notes Agreement and guaranteed by Heilig-Meyers.
Prudential Notes means, collectively, (i) the Prudential Series A Notes and (ii) the Prudential Series B Notes.”
Prudential Notes has the meaning specified in Recital A hereto.

Prudential Notes means the 7.61% Senior Notes due July 28, 2007 (the “7.61% Notes”), the 9.24% Senior Notes due October 27, 2004 (the “9.24% Notes”), the 6.36% Senior Notes, Series H, due January 17, 2008 (the “6.36% Notes”), the 5.92% Senior Notes, Series I, due June 30, 2011 (the “5.92% Notes”), and any additional Senior Notes issued pursuant to the Prudential Agreement or in replacement thereof.
Prudential Notes means the 5.90% Notes due 2023 issued by the Prudential Note Co-Issuers pursuant to the terms of the Prudential Note Agreement in connection with the Prudential Financing, as they may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Prudential Notes appearing in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Prudential Notes means any promissory notes issued to or to be issued subject to the Prudential Shelf Agreement.
Prudential Notes the collective reference to the Existing Prudential Notes and the Additional Prudential Notes.
Prudential Notes means the 7.94% Senior Notes due December 15, 2004, aggregating Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000) in original principal amount, issued to Prudential by the Borrower pursuant to the Prudential Note Agreement.
