Public Access Areas definition

Public Access Areas means an area within the jurisdiction of the GRDA which has been designated by the CEO as open for use by the public for Camping and day use activities under the terms and conditions of this subchapter.
Public Access Areas shall have the meaning provided in Section 24.1.
Public Access Areas means certain areas of the Real Property specified in the Public Access Easements to be accessible and open to the general public.
