Examples of Publisher Software in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Publisher Intellectual Property Rights contained in the Publisher Software that is contained in any such in-process materials is, as between the SCE Company and Publisher, the sole and exclusive property of Publisher or its licensors.

  • Any Publisher Software or other software, materials or information provided by you to us or any Affiliate to enable us or any Affiliate to provide such advice or support shall be provided at your own risk.
