Purchase Schedule definition

Purchase Schedule will mean a written supplement to this Agreement signed by an officer of each Party which references this Agreement and which identities, among other terms and conditions, the specific types and quantities of products that will be purchased and sold by the Parties on terms and conditions in the schedule, the specifications for the identified products, the duration of the commitment period during which the Parties will be obligated to purchase and sell the identified products on the terms and conditions in the schedule, the prices of the identified products, any mechanisms for adjusting the prices of the identified products over the commitment period, and the facilities at which the identified products will be manufactured, stored and delivered by Seller. The Parties may add terms and conditions to, and amend the terms and conditions of, this Agreement in a Purchase Schedule, but any additional and amended terms and conditions in a Purchase Schedule supplementing and modifying this Agreement will only apply the specific products identified in that Purchase Schedule for its duration.

Purchase Schedule means the TRIARQ Purchase Schedule and Agreement which is the order document that shall initially accompany this Agreement and/or which is subsequently added hereto by consent of the parties. The Purchase Schedule identifies the specific Software and Maintenance and Support Services, including Value Added Options, to be provided under this Agreement and any related Support or Services agreement.

Purchase Schedule means the ordering document, invoice, purchase order or other order form accepted by Customer to purchase Certificates. The Purchase Schedule references the number, type, validity period, term, and pricing of Certificates, and number of domains.

Examples of Purchase Schedule in a sentence

• Firm Power means energy delivered to the Company with at least a 65 percent on-peak season capacity factor as the on-peak season is defined in Rate Schedule QF Standard Purchase Schedule.

• The Producer hereby selects the following Rate Option for the term of this Agreement by placing his/her initials in the space provided for the Rate Option selected and by lining through those Rate Options which are not selected:( ) Firm Energy: Producer hereby elects to provide Firm Power to the Company and to be paid Firm Power Purchase Rate as set forth in Rate Schedule QF Standard Purchase Schedule.

• The Parties may add terms and conditions to, and amend the terms and conditions of, this Agreement in a Purchase Schedule, but any additional and amended terms and conditions in a Purchase Schedule supplementing and modifying this Agreement will only apply the specific products identified in that Purchase Schedule for its duration.

• Be fit for the purpose of packaging, selling or use in consuming food subject to qualifications and instructions on the use of the product in the written specifications for the product identified in the applicable Purchase Schedule.

More Definitions of Purchase Schedule

Purchase Schedule means each purchase schedule executed between the Parties as it relates to Asset Purchases, substantially in the form of Exhibit A with such modifications as agreed by the Parties thereto.
