Purchaser Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

More Definitions of Purchaser Plan

Purchaser Plan is defined in Section 3.10 hereof.

Purchaser Plan means each bonus, incentive compensation, severance pay, medical or other insurance program, retirement plan, or other employee benefit plan program, agreement or arrangement sponsored, maintained or contributed to by Purchaser or any trade or business, whether or not incorporated, that together with Purchaser or any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries would be deemed a "single employer" under Section 414 of the Code (an "ERISA Affiliate") or under which Purchaser or any ERISA Affiliate has any liability or obligation. No liability under Title IV of ERISA has been incurred by Purchaser or any ERISA Affiliate that has not been satisfied in full, and no condition exists that presents a material risk to Purchaser or any ERISA

Purchaser Plan means all Benefit Plans: (i) contributed, sponsored by, or maintained by the Purchaser or its Subsidiaries; (ii) under which any employee, former employee, director, officer, independent contractor, or consultant of Purchaser or its Subsidiaries has any present or future right to benefits; or (iii) under which Purchaser or its Subsidiaries has any present or future liability.
