Purchaser Plan definition

Purchaser Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Purchaser Plan is defined in Section 5.7(b).

  • If applicable, the Purchaser shall recognize the service date of each Hired Employee under each Purchaser Plan, to the same extent as that service credit would be given under the analogous Employee Benefit Plan, for purposes of eligibility to participate, vesting, vacation entitlement and severance benefits, but not for purposes of benefit accrual under any Purchaser Plan, including, for purposes of clarification, prior accrued vacation benefits.

More Definitions of Purchaser Plan

Purchaser Plan means all Benefit Plans: (i) contributed, sponsored by, or maintained by the Purchaser or its Subsidiaries; (ii) under which any employee, former employee, director, officer, independent contractor, or consultant of Purchaser or its Subsidiaries has any present or future right to benefits; or (iii) under which Purchaser or its Subsidiaries has any present or future liability.
Purchaser Plan is defined in Section 3.10 hereof.
Purchaser Plan means any material employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA sponsored by Purchaser, for the benefit of any employee of Purchaser.

Purchaser Plan means any benefit and compensation plan, policy, program or arrangement maintained, sponsored or contributed to by the Purchaser or its Affiliates covering current or former employees of the Purchaser and its Affiliates and current or former directors of the Purchaser and its Affiliates, including “employee benefit plans” within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA, and any incentive and bonus, deferred compensation, equity purchase, employment, retirement, retention, change in control, profit sharing, severance, restricted equity, equity option, equity appreciation rights or equity-based plans, excluding any statutory plans.
