Purchaser Systems definition

Purchaser Systems means Purchaser’s digital device network, data storage systems, and data processing systems, including Purchaser’s Information Technology Systems.
Purchaser Systems means all information technology and computer systems (including computer software, information technology and telecommunication hardware and other equipment) relating to the generation, transmission, storage, maintenance or processing of data and information, whether or not in electronic form, used in the conduct of the business of the Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries.
Purchaser Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in noncomputer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Purchaser (i.e., currently distributed, currently supported or subject to valid agreements requiring the Purchaser to provide support, maintenance, enhancement or bug fixes), and/or material to or necessary for the Purchaser to carry on its business as currently conducted.

Examples of Purchaser Systems in a sentence

  • Company and Company Personnel shall not access, and shall not permit unauthorized persons or entities within its control to access, Purchaser Systems without Purchaser’s express written authorization, and any such actual or attempted access must be consistent with any such authorization.

  • Any access by Company and Company Personnel to the Purchaser Materials and/or Purchaser Systems shall be solely and exclusively for providing the Deliverables.

  • Any Removable Media or Portable Device used by Company or Company Personnel to access Purchaser Materials and/or the Purchaser Systems must be explicitly authorized by Company for such purpose and subject to full disk encryption at the device level (using a commercially recognized encryption algorithm) (“Company Authorized Device”).

  • To the extent Company may be given access to Purchaser’s hardware, software, applications, equipment, network or computer systems, (collectively, “Purchaser Systems”) in connection with this Agreement, Company shall comply with the applicable Purchaser Systems security policies and/or procedures as provided and/or communicated to Company and as may be revised by Purchaser from time to time, and will not tamper with, compromise or circumvent those security policies or procedures.

  • A Black Start capable plant shall undergo a test which demonstrates its capability to synchronise at least sixty per cent (60%) of the Units installed within a time period of thirty (30) minutes following a Despatch Instruction from Purchaser when the plant has been disconnected from the Purchaser Systems for at least one (1) hour prior to the Despatched Instruction.

  • To the greatest extent possible, Company shall restrict access to the Purchaser Materials and Purchaser Systems to the least degree of access required to provide the Deliverables (principle of least privilege).

  • Company shall be responsible for all actions of Company’s personnel (“Company Personnel”) relating to its and their access to the Purchaser Materials (as defined in Section 13 hereof) and Purchaser Systems, including without limitation, use of any logon IDs, passwords or other authentication methods provided to Company and/or Company Personnel.

  • All connectivity or attempted connectivity of Company and Company Personnel to Purchaser Systems shall be only through Purchaser’s security gateways or firewalls, unless otherwise permitted by Purchaser in writing.


More Definitions of Purchaser Systems

Purchaser Systems means any computer software program or routine or part thereof owned, licensed or provided by Purchaser, its Affiliates or its suppliers on Purchaser’s or any of its Affiliates’ behalf, each as modified, maintained or enhanced from time to time by Purchaser, Chemtura, any of their respective Affiliates or any third party.
Purchaser Systems means the material computer and data processing systems, material maintenance service agreements, and material information and material communications technologies used in the businesses of the Purchaser.
Purchaser Systems means the Purchaser’s physical and computing environment that is operated, maintained, or provided by or on behalf of the Purchaser relevant to the Deliverables under this Agreement.

Related to Purchaser Systems

  • Project Buyer means the City’s employee assigned to serve as the contact person for Bidders/Sellers responding to Invitations For Bid or completing contracts herein.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Purchasers is defined in Section 12.3.1.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3. Part I:

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

  • BFE means any equipment which is to be provided by the purchaser of the Aircraft (whether actually provided by LESSOR as buyer-furnished equipment or Manufacturer as seller-purchased equipment).

  • Purchased Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Purchaser Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Purchaser.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Additional Purchased Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 3(a).

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Micro-purchase means a purchase of supplies or services, the aggregate amount of which does not exceed the micro-purchase threshold. Micro-purchases comprise a subset of a district's small purchases as defined in 2 C.F.R. 200.320.

  • Stock Connect means the securities trading and clearing linked programme with an aim to achieve mutual stock market access between mainland China and Hong Kong, comprising the Shanghai- Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
