Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator definition

Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator means the Administrator appointed to administer the Qualified Settlement Fund under the authority and jurisdiction of the Court. The duties of the Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator shall be governed by this Agreement. The identity of the Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator and a detailed description of the Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator’s duties and responsibilities, including a detailed mechanism for paying the Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator’s fees and costs, will be set forth in a separate document to be prepared by the Parties and filed with the Court to establish the fund and be attached later to this Agreement as Exhibit E.
