The Executive Officers, the Board of Directors and the Manager will endeavor to resolve any such differences between them with respect to the Questioned Items, and any such differences that are not resolved within 15 days after notice of such difference being given to the Manager will be settled by arbitration pursuant to the terms of Article XVII hereof.
