R&D Costs definition

R&D Costs means, for any period, the sum of (i) FTE Costs and (ii) all out-of-pocket Third Party costs incurred by AVEO and its Affiliates during such period in the performance of Research Program activities, including microarrays and mouse acquisition costs.
R&D Costs means all of Provider’s research and development expenses incurred by Provider in connection with the Services, based on Japanese statutory accounting principles and in accordance with Provider’s internal accounting policies and procedures, (a) including, without duplication, the costs described in Section 3(a) of Exhibit A of Attachment 7-1 of the Sponsor Agreement and (b) excluding the following expense items and other income items:
R&D Costs means, with respect to a Co-Co Licensed Product, costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of any Development activity for such Co-Co Licensed Product, including [***].

  • Within [**] days of the end of each month, AVEO shall provide an invoice to COBI for R&D Costs incurred in such month.

R&D Costs mean the research and development costs which do not arise under or relate to a Clinical Trial Agreement incurred by any member of the Seller’s group in relation to Ongoing Clinical Trials undertaken directly by the Seller’s Group but excluding any Delayed Employee Costs; and
R&D Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.3.2.
R&D Costs means all direct or indirect costs, fees and out-of-pocket or other expenses incurred, paid or accrued by Introgen in connection with the R&D Program, determined in accordance with Section 2.1.3 hereof, and excluding any such costs, fees or expenses paid by Gendux to Introgen under the Services Agreement.

R&D Costs means the fully burdened, direct and indirect costs, to the extent directly attributable to the performance of the R&D Activities, as approved in the applicable Plan, before the commencement of any such R&D Activities, by the Joint Steering Committee or the Management Committee as applicable (including the costs of the AMYRIS Laboratory Resources to the extent dedicated to the R&D Activities, the costs for AMYRIS personnel who are part of the Joint Project Teams or the Exploratory Team or otherwise conducting R&D Activities (such costs calculated at the AMYRIS FTE Rate), the costs for TOTAL personnel who are part of the Joint Project Teams or the Exploratory Team or otherwise conducting R&D Activities, the costs incurred by AMYRIS with respect to the Seconded Employees (including overhead, Third Party costs (if necessary) and all costs and capital expenditures relating to additional equipment required for the R&D Activities not already included in the AMYRIS FTE Rate), as documented in accordance with reasonable procedures as agreed to in writing by the Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, R&D Costs include costs to the extent directly attributable to securing additional laboratory and office space if necessary in order to accommodate the Seconded Employees and the costs of space if necessary to house large equipment purchased specifically for the R&D Collaboration. All R&D Costs shall be “at cost”.
R&D Costs means research and development costs incurred by a Loan Party or Hong Kong Debtor.
