Where eHealth Ontario sends such a Dormant Account Notice for a Non-Activated Account and a Reactivation Notice, in accordance section 5.2 below, is not received from Client by eHealth Ontario within the Thirty-Day Expiry Period, the Non-Activated Account may be Deleted by eHealth Ontario after the Thirty-Day Expiry Period.
