Reading Fee definition

Reading Fee means the fee payable by the Institution for access and use of the Licensed Material as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form. The Reading Fee will be in line with the Offer.

  • In the event the Customer does not furnish a required Meter reading for two (2) consecutive billing periods, the Company may read the Meter and charge the Customer a Meter Reading Fee as filed in the Schedule of Service fees.

  • Applications fora Housing Permit Registration shall be made in writing or by electronic application on forms prepared and provided by the City of Reading Property Maintenance Division and shall be accompanied by payment of the applicable fee(s) as per the City of Reading Fee Schedule §212.

  • In the event the District determines that a customer has been providing incorrect meter readings on a consistent basis, the District may read the customers meter each month and assess an appropriate Meter Reading Fee as detailed in the Fee Schedule Summary.

Related to Reading Fee

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.
