Reassessment definition

Reassessment means additional moneys paid by the members to a joint self-insurance program.
Reassessment or ‘resit’ means the opportunity offered, without the requirement to re-enrol on a module, to a student to make good a failure to satisfy the Assessment Board that he or she has achieved the learning outcomes and fulfilled the academic requirements of the module; this may include failure through absence from examinations or non-submission of assessed work;
Reassessment means periodically re-evaluating the eligible client to determine whether or not medical, social, educational, or other services continue to be adequate to meet the goals and objectives identified in the care plan. Reassessment decisions include those to continue, change, or terminate TCM services. A reassessment shall be conducted at least annually or more frequently if changes occur in an eligible client’s condition, or when resources are inadequate, or the service delivery system is non- responsive to meet the client’s identified service needs.

  • If at any time an OSA recommends that a Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Participant receive Moderate Ongoing Support or High Ongoing Support, then the OSA shall be considered a Change of Circumstances Reassessment, and the provisions of clause 129 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support] apply.
