Reception Equipment definition

Reception Equipment means, collectively, the equipment which enables the Customer to gain access to and receive the Services, comprising of the authorised Astro digital multimedia terminal ("Astro Box") or the authorised Astro personal video recorder which enables recording of programmes ("PVR"), the authorised parabolic dish, the low noise block ("LNB"), the remote control unit, the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) cable and the Smart Card or any other equipment authorised by Astro from time to time.
Reception Equipment means, collectively, the Astro authorised equipment listed overleaf which enables the Customer to gain access to and receive the Services.
Reception Equipment. Means any equipment or device used to receive or record the personal information collected through a Photographic and Video Monitoring and Surveillance System including a camera or video monitor or any other video, audio, physical or other mechanical, electronic or digital device.

  • The Customer shall indemnify Astro and keep Astro indemnified against all losses, damages and claims, including for injury or death or damage/loss to property, arising from the use of the Services or the Reception Equipment by the Customer or any third party.

More Definitions of Reception Equipment

Reception Equipment means, collectively, the equipment provided by or on behalf of Astro which enables the Customer to gain access to and receive the Services, comprising of any and all of the following: (i) the authorised digital decoder, including, as applicable, the ‘Ultra Box’, or the ‘Ulti Box’ (each an "Astro Box"), (ii) the authorised parabolic dish, (iii) the low noise block ("LNB"), (iv) the remote control unit, (vi) the high definition multimedia interface (‘HDMI’) cable, and (v) the Smart Card/SIM Card, or any other equipment authorised by Astro from time to time.
Reception Equipment means satellite receiving equipment. "Distribution Equipment" means a broadband system and other cabling and wiring necessary to distribute the Service throughout the Premises. All such Reception, Distribution and Exhibition Equipment shall be referred to collectively as the "Service Equipment". The final service equipment Locations at the Airports will be specified by the Authority and will be located throughout the Airports both pre and post security. The Authority reserves the right to relocate service equipment at the Airports at any time during the term. The Authority also reserves the right to add additional exhibition equipment.
