Video Surveillance System. The video surveillance system will include a server-based video management platform, network attached storage, and IP based surveillance cameras. Video surveillance cameras will be a combination of fixed dome single imager, fixed multi-imager dome cameras, fixed box cameras with specific lenses, and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. The video management server and Network Video Recorder (NVR) / Storage Servers will be housed in the main Data Center for environmental control and maintenance. Intrusion Detection System The intrusion detection system will be comprised of door position switches connected to the access control system for monitoring and response from the Security Operations Center. Switches will be provided on all doors or gates that define the perimeter of the stadium or that define interior spaces that separate Players, Coaching staff, Stakeholders, and VIP guests from the general public and ticketed guests. Drone detection systems will be integrated in the surveillance system in coordination with the NFL security guidelines.

Video Surveillance System. The information of the video surveillance camera recordings shall have a backup of no less than sixty (60) Calendar Days. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall store the video recordings in accessible electromagnetic systems, in the area provided by XXXX, in order to have access to their review if necessary or when requested by the GRANTOR or Supervisor.
Video Surveillance System. For Video Surveillance, IP type CCTV cameras shall be provided at various locations. CCTV cameras shall be provided in the following areas in the premise:
Video Surveillance System. The current analog video surveillance system consists of 22 indoor cameras and 5 outdoor cameras supported by 2 DVRs in the Data Room.
Video Surveillance System. The Trolley shall be equipped with a video surveillance system that is fully compatible and component exchangeable with the prevailing system currently in use at Pace. There shall be no less than 8 cameras and associated wiring provisions to allow continuous monitoring of the interior and exterior for purposes of safety and security. The cameras shall be mounted to provide a clear view of entire passenger compartment, the curbside exterior, the roadside exterior and shall be protected to prevent tampering and vandalism. The system shall record on a removable hard drive and shall have a recording capacity of no less than 2 terabyte minimum. The recorder system shall meet all SAE J 1455, MIL STD-810Fshock and vibration testing. The Digital Recording Device (DRD) must be capable of recording up to 8 high resolution color cameras simultaneously. Systems that require a camera switcher or external multiplexer to achieve the video input specifications will not be considered. The DVR must be capable of recording audio. The DVR must utilize a Removable Hard Drive for retrieving recorded video. The removable hard drive must be housed in a shock resistant casing that may be quickly removed to allow video to be played back at a PC workstation. Hard drive removal keys are a security item and shall be treated as such. Keys shall not be left in the unit during construction, keys shall be shipped to Pace under separate cover. The DVR must utilize a Remote LCD system display that provides system status. A panic/event button will be installed to allow the driver to tag events. The system shall include a sensor that shall tag and record any impacts or hard braking. The system shall include multiple inputs for recording brakes, turn signals, headlamps and door activation. Video recorded in AVI, MOV, MPEG, JPEG, and MJPEG formats is not acceptable. All recorded data must be digitally watermarked for authentication purposes and to prevent tampering, and recorded in a format that is not recognized by off the shelf media player software, (This ensures integrity of the data and courtroom admissibility). The DVR must be capable of interfacing with a GPS receiver to provide GPS Longitude, GPS Latitude, GPS Heading, and GPS speed at all times.
