Examples of Recruiting Party in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party (the “Recruiting Party”) will not have violated the terms set forth in the preceding sentence if an employee of the other Party: (a) responds to a general, non-targeted solicitation for employment issued by the Recruiting Party, such as a newspaper advertisement; or (b) is contacted by a recruiter for the Recruiting Party, where the recruiter has not been instructed by the Recruiting Party to target the employees of the other Party.
