Red Hat Marks definition

Red Hat Marks means the trademarks owned by Red Hat or a Red Hat Affiliate that are set forth in an applicable Program Appendix. Red Hat grants Partner a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license in the Territory and during the Term to use the Red Hat Marks solely in connection with the marketing and distribution of Red Hat Products and/or Services as permitted in this Agreement, without the right to sublicense. Partner agrees to use the Red Hat Marks only as stated in this Agreement, and in doing so, to follow the standards of quality established by Red Hat and to adhere to the trademark usage guidelines found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/corporate/trademark/guidelines as amended from time to time and any other trademark terms contained in a Program Appendix (the "Red Hat Trademark Guidelines"). • Any other use of the Red Hat Marks is not permitted under this Agreement.
