Redelivery Service definition

Redelivery Service means the performance by the Operating Company of (i) the obligations it has assumed under the Transportation Contract and (ii) the other obligations envisaged by the Regasification Code, in order to make the Gas available to the User at the Redelivery Point, and "Redeliver", "Redelivery" and "Redelivered" shall be construed accordingly.
