REDEVELOP definition

REDEVELOP means changes on or to a parcel proposed and described in an application for any one or more of the following in relation to the parcel:
REDEVELOP means, with respect to the Retail Component following Total Completion of the Retail Component:
REDEVELOP means to remove and replace an entire existing permanent structure, or to build a new permanent structure on an existing foundation.

REDEVELOP or "redevelopment" means the process of replanning, reconstructing, or redesigning a wind energy facility, including the acquisition, clearance, development, or disposal, or any combination of these activities, of a wind energy facility;
