Redistribution definition

Redistribution means the shift of nursing home bed alloca- tions between two or more planning areas or the shift of nursing home beds between two or more nursing homes.

Finance Party will be subrogated to the portion of the claim paid under paragraph (d) above and the Borrower will owe the Recovering Finance Party a debt which is equal to the Redistribution, immediately payable and of the type originally discharged.
