  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, WorkSafeBC shall be entitled to amend the Reference Manual from time to time and at any time without signatures of the parties.

  • This Agreement, its schedules and the Reference Manual constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all proposals or prior understandings, communications, representations and agreements, whether oral or written.
