Reference Obligation Category definition

Reference Obligation Category means one of Payment, Borrowed Money, Reference Obligations Only, Bond, Loan, or Bond or Loan (each as defined in Section 2.19(a), except that, for the purpose of determining Reference Obligations, Section 2.19(a)(iii) (Reference Obligations Only) shall be amended to state that no Reference Obligation Characteristics shall be applicable to Reference Obligations Only).
