Reference Sample definition

Reference Sample means a representative sample of the feed additive, as referred to in Article 7(3)(f) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, which is the object of an application;
Reference Sample means either a solution for use in a breath simulator, commonly referred to as a wet bath simulator, or a dry gas mixture, commonly referred to as a dry gas evidential standard (DGES), for the purpose of instrument certification, accuracy checks, and/or calibration.
Reference Sample means a sample used to determine accuracy prepared by a laboratory other than the laboratory con- ducting the analysis, in which the true value and acceptance limits are unknown to the laboratory at the time of analysis. More Definitions of Reference Sample

Reference Sample means a sample of the Goods which the Buyer is entitled to take when storing the Goods due to checking the quality parameters of the delivered Goods in order to verify the quality of the delivered Goods defined in the Contract resp. GTC and in order to identify possible defects of the Goods, for which it would not be possible to use the Goods at all or only at higher costs of the Buyer.
