Refuelling Fee definition

Refuelling Fee means a sum equal to the cost of refilling the Vehicle’s fuel tanks, plus a $20 administration fee; “Remote Location Fee” means the sum stated beside each location identified in the definition of ‘Remote Location’, or any other sum specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page, as being payable if you elect to collect or return the Vehicle from a Remote Location; “Remote Location” means any location identified as such on the Details Page or the Policies Page; “Rental Pack” means the bundle of documents provided to you on hiring the Vehicle, including this Agreement; “Return Date” means the ‘Due Return Date’ stated on the Details Page, or the Extended Return Date as the case may be; “Return Location”, unless stated otherwise on the Details Page, means the Pickup Location; “Return Time” means the ‘Due Return Time’ stated on the Details Page, otherwise 10:00am; “Settlement Sum” means: (a) if the Claim relates to any period of time during which the Vehicle is not available for use during the Term in circumstances where we are liable for such unavailability: an amount equal to the Daily Hire Charge multiplied by the number of full days during the relevant period;

Examples of Refuelling Fee in a sentence

  • This option allows a renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or pay ATESA at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced, plus a Refuelling Fee of EUR 14,88, plus V.A.T. For CICAR Locations: CICAR will often not supply the car with a full tank and expects the customer to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Remarketing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(i).

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Enrolment Fee means the fee paid by the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) to cover all the administrative costs involved in enrolling a Student at the School. It is not refundable, and it is not offset against any other fees.
