Regional Children definition

Regional Children s Officer” means the person appointed by a Region to the Child Welfare Committee pursuant to Article 122;
Regional Children s advocacy center" or "center" means an agency defined by KRS 620.020(4) and designated by the cabinet to serve as the regional children's advocacy center in accordance with KRS 620.045(1).
