Facility Standards. 24.1. The Transmitter shall comply with section 4.3.1 of the Code. The Customer shall ensure that its facilities:
(a) meet all applicable requirements of the Ontario Electrical Safety Authority, subject to any exemption that may have been granted to or that may apply to the Customer;
(b) conform to all applicable industry standards, including those of the Canadian Standards Association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American National Standards Institute, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC);
(c) are constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with this Agreement, the Customer’s licence, the Market Rules, all applicable reliability standards and good utility practice;
(d) where they are connection facilities, are made by it with due regard for the safety of the Customer’s employees and the public;
(e) where they are connection facilities, are made by it on a timely basis and are designed and constructed by it in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Transmitter’s Board-approved connection procedures or, in the absence of such Board-approved connection procedures, in accordance with section 6.1.8 of the Code; and
(f) where they are connection facilities, do not materially reduce the reliability or performance of the Transmitter’s transmission system and are constructed with such mitigation measures as may be required so that no new available fault current level exceeds the maximum allowable fault levels set out in Appendix 2 if this would have an adverse effect on the Transmitter unless appropriate financial arrangements have been made with the Transmitter under which the Customer will pay the incremental costs of upgrading the Transmitter’s facilities to accommodate the new available fault current level.
24.2. The Customer shall ensure that those of its facilities that are connected to the Transmitter’s transmission system, other than the facilities identified in section H.1 of Schedule H, comply with the basic general performance standards and technical requirements set out in the Code, including in Appendix 2.
24.3. Where the Transmitter, after conducting a Customer Impact Assessment under section 6.4 of the Code, provides the Customer with a new available fault current level, the Customer shall, at its own expense, upgrade its facilities as may be required to accommodate the new available fault current level. (a) meets all applicable requirements of the Electrical Safety Authority (“ESA”);
(b) conforms to all applicable industry standards including, but not limited to, those of the Canadian Standards Association (“CSA”), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American National Standards Institute and the International Electrotechnical Commission;
(c) is installed, constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with this Agreement, the Distributor’s offer to connect, the requirements of the ESA, the connection cost agreement, all applicable reliability standards and good utility practice; and
(d) meets the technical and operating requirements set out in Schedule D. These requirements shall not exceed any technical or operating requirements set out in the Code unless the Customer agrees.
Facility Standards. 4.1 The Customer shall ensure that the Facility:
(a) meets all applicable requirements of the Electrical Safety Authority (“ESA”);
(b) conforms to all applicable industry standards including, but not limited to, those of the Canadian Standards Association (“CSA”), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American National Standards Institute and the International Electrotechnical Commission;
Facility Standards. In no instance shall a Toyota or Lexus dealership or any department(s) thereof be dualled with any other brand without TMS' prior written approval.
Facility Standards. The following shall control with respect to Licensee's facilities at his Store:

b. Conforms to all applicable industry standards including, but not limited to, those of the Canadian Standards Association (“CSA”), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (“IEEE”), the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”), and the International Electro technical Commission (“IEC”);
c. is installed, constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with this Agreement, the Distributor’s offer to connect, the requirements of the ESA, the connection cost agreement, all applicable reliability standards and good utility practice;
d. Meets the technical and operating requirements set out in Schedule D. These requirements shall not exceed any technical or operating requirements set out in the Code unless the Customer agrees.
Facility Standards. Facilities used for Participants shall meet applicable accreditation and licensure requirements and meet facility regulations specified by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
Facility Standards. The facilities shall meet the following standards:
6 a. The facility shall include space to support the services identified within the Agreement.
7 b. CONTRACTOR shall maintain regularly scheduled service hours, from 8:00 a.m. until 8 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the provision of at least one day per week for early morning or 9 evening hours (before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.) or weekends, when necessary to accommodate 10 Clients unable to participate during normal business hours.
11 c. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a holiday schedule consistent with COUNTY’s holiday 12 schedule, unless otherwise authorized, in advance and in writing, by ADMINISTRATOR. 13
Facility Standards. 20.01 During the life of this agreement the Employer will continue to provide Employees with such sleeping quarters, lounge facilities with adequate furniture, kitchen equipment, microwave ovens, eating facilities, air condition, lockers, and restroom facilities as are currently provided by Township funds and determined by the Employer during the life of this Contract.
20.02 Furthermore, Employee(s) may own, use, and maintain televisions, radios, video recorders, microwave ovens, vending machines, computers, which may not be connected to Township equipment,, and kitchen equipment as currently allowed.
20.03 Employee(s) may continue such activities of watching television, listening to radios, receiving and reading newspapers, telephones, and visitation privileges and to own, operate, and maintain exercise, sporting, and recreation equipment provided such activities do not interfere with their responsibilities and duties and are approved by the appropriate O.I.C.
Facility Standards. Dallas ISD classrooms used in the prekindergarten program under this Agreement meet at least the minimum state and OHS requirements for space/square footage needed to adequately accommodate the 3- and 4-year-old children served. Such classrooms have a minimum of 36 square feet per pupil or 800 square feet per room, as required by 19 TAC Sections 61.1033(d)(2)(A)(i) and 61.1036(d)(5)(B)(i).
