Regional Fees definition

Regional Fees means fees and charges imposed or levied by any other public agency, regional agency, utility, district or joint powers authority, regardless of whether City collects those fees and charges, including, but not limited to, Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF), Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP), ADP and K-Rat.

Related to Regional Fees

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;
