Regional Steering Committee definition

Regional Steering Committee means the Steering Committee established by the Project Implementing Entity by decision of its Council of Minister no. 00050 for the creation, attributions and organization of the Steering Committee for the Project GEF/Niger Basin and for the Watershed Management Program in the Niger Basin, dated July 5, 2005, as amended in accordance with Section 5.01 (d) of this Agreement.
Regional Steering Committee or “RSC” means the committee referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, established by the EAC Partner States and the Republic of Rwanda;
Regional Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
