Registrar Appointment Agreement definition

Registrar Appointment Agreement means the registrar appointment agreement entered into between the Registrar and the Issuer dated 11 February 2011 or the agreement appointing a new Registrar to replace the existing Registrar (if any).
Registrar Appointment Agreement means the Thai law governed registrar appointment agreement entered into between the Registrar and the Issuer dated on or around 13 July 2018 or the agreement appointing a new Registrar to replace theexisting Registrar (if any).
Registrar Appointment Agreement means the Registrar Appointment Agreement dated on or around 4 March 2013 between the Issuer and TSD as registrar and paying agent or any agreement appointing a replacement Registrar.
