Registry Policies definition

Registry Policies means the policies adopted from time to time by the Registry as posted under Policies on the Registry Website.
Registry Policies means any policy, procedure, or guideline that governs access and use of the Registry TLD as set forth in the Registry Agreement and as established by Registry Operator from time to time in a non-arbitrary manner applicable to all registrars and consistent with any requirements or obligations provided (a) by ICANN or (b) within the Registry Agreement.
Registry Policies means policies adopted, revised or amended from time to time by the Registry and published on the Registry Website.

  • Registry Operator will provide additional notice (unless otherwise set forth herein) should any updates or modifications to such Registry Policies materially impact Registrar’s operations or product development.

This Agreement shall not be effective and binding to both parties until and if accepted by Us. The registration of the domain name shall imply Our acceptance of the Agreement. DEFINITIONS In this Registration Agreement (“Agreement”):
Registry Policies means any standards, policies, including those for domain name dispute resolution, specifications, procedures, guidelines, practices, programs, relevant national registration or criteria approved by each Registry now or in the future, including without limitation those referred to and/or linked in Appendix B.
Registry Policies means the policies adopted from time to time by the Registry as posted under Policies on the Registry Website. “Registry­Registrar Agreement” or “RRA” is the agreement between Registry and Accredited Registrars, as amended from time to time.
Registry Policies include those policies, procedures, guidelines, and criteria promulgated by DotAsia from time to time, as authorized by ICANN in Appendix S, Part 2 of the Registry Agreement (Delegated Authority), including without limitation, such policies laid down by DotAsia from time to time on DotAsia’s website at xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxx, which are incorporated herein by reference. Registrar must review those policies as they form part of this Agreement.
