Regular Seasonal Employee is an employee occupying an established position listed in the Wage Schedules attached hereto, who has successfully completed the requirements of the probationary period and who works less than full-time, but not less than one-half (½) the normal full-time work schedule in any twelve (12 ) month period. One-half (½) the normal full-time work schedule in any twelve (12) month period shall be nine hundred and ten (910) hours in a position where the daily full- time hours are seven (7), nine hundred and seventy-five (975) hours in a position where the daily full-time hours are seven and one-half (7½) or one thousand and forty (1,040) hours in a position where the daily full-time hours are eight (8).
Regular Seasonal Employee means a person who has been appointed to fill a complement position. The need for such a position is on-going but such need is generally interrupted temporarily due to the seasonal nature of the work weather, availability of staff or other circumstances).

This Section is specific to the River Patrol Unit only. Labour Management Committee A Labour Management Committee shall be established consisting of four (4) members the Association and four (4) members of the Winnipeg Police Service. The President of the Association and the Chief of Police shall appoint the members of the Committee respectively. The Committee shall enjoy full support of the parties in the interest of maintaining cooperative and harmonious relations. The President of the Association and/or the Chief of Police may jointly or individually refer matters for consideration by the Committee. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over wages, or any matter of collective bargaining, including the administration of this Collective Agreement.
