Regulated Tariffs definition

Regulated Tariffs means the tariffs for the connection to and the use of the Transmission Grid, approved by the XXXX in accordance with the applicable regulatory and legal framework, including but not limited to, the Gas Act.
Regulated Tariffs means the tariffs regarding the use of the Balancing Services, duly approved by the Competent Regulator(s) in accordance with the applicable regulatory and legal framework.
