Reimbursement Approvals definition

Reimbursement Approvals means, with respect to all Government Programs, any and all certifications, provider numbers, provider agreements, participation agreements, accreditations and any other similar agreements with or approvals by any Governmental Authority or other Person.

Reimbursement Approvals means any and all certifications, provider or supplier numbers, provider or supplier agreements (including Medicaid provider or supplier numbers, Medicaid provider or supplier agreements, Medicare provider or supplier numbers, and Medicare provider or supplier agreements), participation agreements, Accreditations, and/or any other agreements with or approvals by Medicaid, Medicare, CHAMPUS, CHAMPVA, TRICARE, Veteran’s Administration and any other Governmental Authority or quasi-public agency, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, any and all managed care plans and organizations, including Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations, private commercial insurance companies, employee assistance programs and/or any other governmental or third party arrangements, plans or programs for payment or reimbursement in connection with health care services, products or supplies.

Examples of Reimbursement Approvals in a sentence

• Lian, or its relevant Affiliates or Sublicensees, will have the sole and exclusive right to file and hold all Regulatory Filings, and to apply for and maintain all Regulatory Approvals and Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals, in each case, for all Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory at Lian’s cost and expense in the name of Lian or any of its Affiliates and Sublicensees.

• Biomatrix shall be entitled to assist in developing the strategy and content of all applications for Product Approvals and Reimbursement Approvals and the content of all such applications shall be subject to Biomatrix's prior written approval.

• All Product and Reimbursement Approvals shall be held as the exclusive property of and in the name of Biomatrix except to the extent that applicable law requires that such approvals be held in the name of Wyeth, or unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

• In addition, and without limitation of the foregoing, Licensee shall, as soon as possible following each MAA Approval(s), subject to Section 6.4(b), launch the Product for such indication and obtain all necessary Price and Reimbursement Approvals at least in [ * ] (subject to the business judgment to delay or not to launch a particular Product in a particular country of the EU because of adverse pricing or other business considerations).

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lian will be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for all regulatory activities leading up to and including the obtaining of Regulatory Approvals and any Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals, as applicable, for Licensed Products in the Field from Regulatory Authorities or Governmental Authorities in the Territory.

Reimbursement Approvals means any and all certifications, provider or supplier numbers, provider or supplier agreements (including Medicare Provider Agreements and Medicaid Provider Agreements), participation agreements, Accreditations and/or any other agreements with or approvals by Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, CHAMPVA, TRICARE, Veteran’s Administration and any other Governmental Authority, or quasi-public agency, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, any and all managed care plans and organizations, including Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations, private commercial insurance companies, employee assistance programs and/or any other governmental or third party arrangements, plans or programs for payment or reimbursement in connection with health care services, products or supplies.

Reimbursement Approvals means any and all governmental and other approvals necessary in any country in the Territory for the buyer of Products or Extended Products to claim reimbursement for the purchase of the Products or Extended Products from private or public health insurance organizations in such country.

Reimbursement Approvals means governmental and other approvals in any country or jurisdiction, for a buyer to claim reimbursement at any level for the purchase of the Products, from private or public health insurance organizations in such country or jurisdiction.

Reimbursement Approvals means any and all certifications, provider or supplier numbers, provider or supplier agreements (including Medicare Provider Agreements and Medicaid Provider Agreements), participation agreements, Accreditations or any other agreements with or approvals by Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, CHAMPVA, TRICARE, Veteran’s Administration and any other Governmental Entity, or quasi-public agency, any plans funded or administered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, any and all managed care plans and organizations, including Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations, private commercial insurance companies, employee assistance programs and/or any other governmental or third party arrangements, plans or programs for payment or reimbursement in connection with healthcare services, products or supplies.

Reimbursement Approvals means all Program Agreements and Third Party Payor Contracts.
