Third Party Payor Contracts definition

Third Party Payor Contracts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.19(a).
Third Party Payor Contracts means Contracts with Payment Programs pursuant to which a Seller or any Southern Entity provides pharmacy services to beneficiaries covered by the applicable Payment Program.
Third Party Payor Contracts means all Contracts between the Company and third party payors for the delivery of radiation therapy and support, including, without limitation, all contracts with governmental and private insurers, health maintenance organizations, and preferred provider organizations.
