Reimbursement Assessment definition

Reimbursement Assessment means an amount expended on behalf of the Association collectable from an owner, usually for an infraction of the governing documents.

Reimbursement Assessment means a charge against a particular Owner and his Lot for the purpose of reimbursing the Association for expenditures and other costs of the Association incurred in curing any violation, directly attributable to the Owner, of this Declaration or the Rules and Regulations, pursuant to Article X, Section 6, hereof.

Reimbursement Assessment means the fee collected from a property as defined in a reim- bursement agreement.

Examples of Reimbursement Assessment in a sentence

• A Reimbursement Assessment shall be due and payable to the Association when levied.

• Any costs associated with the emergency, the entry or remedial measures shall be borne by the party or parties responsible, as shall be determined by the Board of Directors and the costs to be paid by the Qualifying Resident shall immediately become due and payable by the Qualifying Resident to the Mutual as a Reimbursement Assessment upon written notice to the Qualifying Resident.

• The cost of performing any such emergency repairs shall be charged to the Owner as a Reimbursement Assessment.

• The costs of such action shall be assessed against the Owner as a Reimbursement Assessment.

• The Association shall levy a Reimbursement Assessment against an Owner to (a) reimburse the Association for the costs of repairing damage caused by that Owner or that Owner's Invitee or (b) if a failure to comply with the Project Documents has resulted in (i) an expenditure of monies, including attorneys' fees, by the Association to bring the Owner or the Owner's Parcel or Improvements into compliance or (ii) the imposition of a fine or penalty.

Reimbursement Assessment means an Assessment made against an Owner and his or her Lot in accordance with Section 4.4 of this Declaration.

Reimbursement Assessment means and refer to a charge against a particular Owner and his Condominium directly attributable to such Owner, for certain costs incurred by the Association in bringing the Owner and his Unit into compliance with the provisions of this Declaration, the Articles, the Bylaws or the Association Rules, or any other charge designated as a Reimbursement Assessment in this Declaration.

Reimbursement Assessment means a charge against a particular Owner and such Owner's Site for the purpose of reimbursing the Master Association for expenditures and other costs of the Master Association for correcting one or more of Owner's violations of this Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws or the Rules and Regulations pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.3 hereof, together with late charges, interest and costs as provided for herein.

Reimbursement Assessment means any assessment levied against an Owner and his or her Lot for any of the following reasons (as described in Section 8.10 of the CC&Rs): (1) to reimburse the Association for costs incurred to maintain, repair, or replace property (including property within a Lot) when such damage is due to the act or neglect of such Owner or a member of his or her household, pet, tenant, invitee, or guest; (2) if the failure of such Owner or a member of his or her household, pet, tenant, invitee, or guest to comply with any provision of the Governing Documents has necessitated or resulted in an expenditure of funds by the Association to deal with such lack of compliance or to bring such person or the Lot into compliance; or (3) to reimburse the Association for any costs of collecting from an Owner any amount the Owner is obligated to pay the Association.
