Reimbursement Assessment means a charge against a particular Owner and his Lot for the purpose of reimbursing the Association for expenditures and other costs of the Association incurred in curing any violation, directly attributable to the Owner, of this Declaration or the Rules and Regulations, pursuant to Article X, Section 6 hereof.

Reimbursement Assessment means a charge against a particular Owner and such Owner's Site for the purpose of reimbursing the Master Association for expenditures and other costs of the Master Association for correcting one or more of Owner's violations of this Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws or the Rules and Regulations pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.3 hereof, together with late charges, interest and costs as provided for herein.
