REIT Trust Deed definition

REIT Trust Deed means the trust deed dated 1 August 2012 constituting Far East H- REIT entered into between the REIT Trustee and the REIT Manager as supplemented by the first supplemental deed dated 19 October 2012 and the second supplemental deed dated 18 April 2016, and as amended, varied, or supplemented from time to time;
REIT Trust Deed means the trust deed dated 12 June 2014 constituting Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust entered into between the REIT Trustee and the REIT Manager, as amended, varied, or supplemented from time to time;
REIT Trust Deed means the trust deed dated November 18, 2019, entered into between the Settlor, Sponsor and the REIT Trustee.

REIT Trust Deed means the trust deed dated March 30, 2017, executed between, inter alia, the Sponsor and the REIT Trustee, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

REIT Trust Deed means the trust deed dated 1 November 2004 between the REIT Manager and the REIT Trustee constituting Suntec REIT, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
