Rejection Schedule definition

Rejection Schedule means the schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases in the Plan Supplement, as may be amended from time to time, setting forth certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases for rejection as of the Effective Date under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Rejection Schedule means the schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected pursuant to the Plan and the effective date of such rejection, which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
Rejection Schedule means a list of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that shall not be assumed and shall be rejected pursuant to the Plan, which list shall be filed as part of the Plan Supplement, as may be amended from time to time consistent with last paragraph of Section VI.C. Examples of Rejection Schedule in a sentence

  • Each contract and lease listed on the Contract Rejection Schedule will be rejected only to the extent that any such contract or lease constitutes an executory contract or unexpired lease.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) neither the KEIP nor the KERP shall be included on the Rejection Schedule and such programs will be honored in accordance with their terms, (ii) the consummation of the Plan will constitute a “Sale” under the KEIP and (iii) any Benefit Plan included on the Rejection Schedule shall be replaced by a comparable Benefit Plan that is no less favorable to Current Employees for the benefit of the Current Employees.

  • If the rejection by the Debtor, pursuant to the Plan or otherwise, of an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease gives rise to a Rejection Damage Claim, a proof of Claim must be filed with the Court within (i) thirty (30) days after the date of entry of an order of the Court approving such rejection, or (ii) if the Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease is listed on the Rejection Schedule, within thirty (30) days after the date of entry of the Confirmation Order.
