Relevant Capital Expenditure definition

Relevant Capital Expenditure means capital expenditure incurred or to be incurred in relation to the Borrowing Base Assets in the next twelve months or, in respect of exploration and appraisal costs, in the next six months, as determined pursuant to a Forecast and which is or will be funded by the Facility or by contributions to the capital of an Obligor (including loans subordinated on terms acceptable to the Facility Agent (acting reasonably)).
Relevant Capital Expenditure means capital expenditure incurred or to be incurred in relation to the Borrowing Base Assets and Ghana Block Assets in the next twelve months or, in respect of exploration and appraisal costs for Ghana Block Assets, in the next six months as determined pursuant to a Forecast and which is or will be funded by the Facility or by contributions to the capital of an Obligor (including loans subordinated on terms acceptable to the Facility Agent (acting reasonably)).
Relevant Capital Expenditure means any expenditure that, if the authority were to incur expenditure on whatever the consideration N consists of, would be capital expenditure.
